1- Items purchased within 10 days of receipt can be exchanged, provided they are not used.
2- The customer has to pay the delivery amount in case of an exchange.
3- If there is any damage to the item or if the item does not match the order, it will be replaced for the customer without counting the delivery amount.
4- The amount of delivery inside the Kingdom of Bahrain is 1.5 Bahraini dinars, and outside the Kingdom is BD 5 / SAR 50 / OMR 5 / AED 50.
5- There is no refund.
